In The Masai Mara

“I first went to this magical park in 1949 and I realised what a fantastic potential it had for eco-tourism. There were scarcely any camps in those days and none of the sophistication which, in many cases, the modern tourist demands. So, due to the number of visitors who go there now, partly as a result of the film ‘Out of Africa’ much of which was filmed in the Mara, one can feel a certain loss of remoteness, but it is still a wonderful place and the elephants do not change.” Image size: 28 x 13¼ (71cm x 34cm) Edition size: 650 Artist signed
