Happy Time

Elephants are never happier than when floundering in mud. Next comes the process of dusting down to get rid of the ticks – talcum powder to jumbos. Somewhere out of my painting there would be a ‘ rubbing post’, a long dead tree which has been used as a scratching post by elephants until the surface s glassy smooth. Perhaps this may be a subject for a future painting!” Image size: 30" x 14" (76cm x 36cm) Edition size 495 Artist signed Copies
