Proudly waving Union Jack flags from the cockpit are pilot Captain Les Brodie and Concorde chief pilot Captain Mike Bannister. No one who saw Concorde on Wednesday November 26th 2003 could fail to be moved by the sight of this magnificent aircraft as she moved these last few yards with the greatest of dignity under the gaze of the world’s media and thousands of local well-wishers
